CAN I INCLUDE A MESSAGE IN A BOX?
Absolutely! All of our gift boxes include a gift card for your personalised note at no extra charge. Just enter your message in the gift message box on the product page before you check out.
HOW WILL MY GIFT BE PACKAGED?
All gifts are beautifully packaged in our signature black gift box, complete with tissue, fill, your personalised note and tied with a beautiful black grosgrain ribbon. All to provide your recipients a memorable experience from beginning to end. Each gift is then packaged into a Better Gift Boxes shipping box.
DO YOU HAVE CORPORATE GIFTING OPTIONS?

DO YOU INCLUDE RECEIPTS WITH MY ORDER?
Don't worry, we never include any receipts, invoices or packaging slips in any of the packages that we send out!
IS IT POSSIBLE TO SPECIFY MY PREFERRED DELIVERY DATE?
While we can't guarantee delivery on a certain date, the courier company will do their absolute best! Just keep in mind the minimum time frames for delivery to each region but regardless, you can select a preferred delivery date at checkout, or contact us and we will see what we can do for you.
Please note that couriers only work standard business hours and normal deliveries are not made on the weekend. If you require a Saturday delivery, you can select this option at the checkout. We are also prevented from delivering alcohol on Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Christmas Day, or before 1pm on Anzac Day.
CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?
Yes, as soon as the courier collects your gift box, we automatically send an email with your tracking number to the email address you supply. If for some reason you don't receive it, or you delete the email, please get in touch by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY OPTIONS AND CHARGES?
SHOULD I SEND MY GIFT WITH SIGNATURE REQUIRED OR OPTION TO LEAVE?
Due to the nature of our gift boxes, all parcels are sent standard with a 'signature required'. This means that someone must be home to sign for the parcel. If no one is home, the courier will leave a card to call to let the receiver know they have missed a parcel. They can use this card to get the parcel redelivered or redirected at a convenient time.
If you would prefer to give the courier authority to leave the parcel without a signature, simply tick the ‘No Signature Required’ box at check out, and include instructions on where you would like the courier to leave the gift in the ‘Special Delivery Instructions’ box. By giving the authority to leave the item, you agree to take full responsibility for the parcel once it has been delivered as the gift will be left unattended. Better Gift Boxes isn’t responsible for what happens to the gift box after the courier has delivered the item.
HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ADDRESS IS RURAL OR I CAN SEND WITH A SATURDAY DELIVERY?

CAN YOU DELIVER TO A BUSINESS ADDRESS?
Yes absolutely. The address must also include the business name. For business deliveries couriers will require a signature for delivery.
CAN YOU DELIVER TO A HOSPITAL?
Yes we can, couriers can only deliver to a reception or designated delivery area. To avoid delays, please include the hospital name, ward number and room number in the shipping address.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
No sorry, we do not ship internationally,
WHAT IF MY GIFT BOX ARRIVES DAMAGED?
Please get in contact as soon as possible if your order has arrived damaged - we will do everything that we can to resolve the situation.
DO YOU ALL PICK UPS?
Sorry, we are an online only business and our liquor license does not allow any pick-ups.
